Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users regarding software applications and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, escalating when necessary
Install, configure, and update software applications on end-user devices
Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Assist in software testing, updates, and deployment processes
Maintain accurate documentation of software-related processes and solutions
Educate end-users on software usage and best practices
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software technology
Participate in IT projects related to software implementation and upgrades
Qualifications:

Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving
Familiarity with a variety of operating systems and software platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Certifications in relevant software and IT support areas are a plus
