We are looking for a caring, patient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide academic and personal support to students, helping them achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering classroom activities and lessons.
Provide one-to-one or small group assistance to students who require additional learning support.
Assist students with learning difficulties, special educational needs (SEN), or disabilities.
Help prepare teaching materials and classroom resources.
Monitor students’ progress and report observations to teachers.
Encourage positive behavior and promote student independence.
Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and school events.
Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks when required.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety regulations.
