Job Responsibilities
– Provide one-to-one and small-group learning support to students.
– Assist students with classroom activities, assignments, and lessons.
– Support students who require additional educational assistance.
– Work closely with teachers to implement individual learning strategies.
– Prepare and organize learning materials and classroom resources.
– Monitor student participation, progress, and classroom behavior.
– Encourage students to develop confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.
– Assist with educational activities and school projects.
– Communicate student observations and concerns to teachers and relevant staff.
– Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
– Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
– Support students during school activities, breaks, and transitions when required.
