Roles & Responsibilities

DBB Contracting LLC is looking to recruit a Insurance Coordinator to support our HR team.

Duties are as follows:

1.To advice & assist the management on yearly insurance renewals.

2.Responsible for the addition & deletion of employees to insurance policy.

3. Responsible for all documentation of employees with regard to insurance.

4. Liaise with Hospitals on all employee admission cases to provide necessary support & intervention as and when required.

5. Maintain spread sheet with timely updates on all hospital admission, disability, death cases etc.

6. Liaise with insurance provider & hospital to close disability & death cases.

7.Coordinating with insurance provider regarding eligibility, payments, approvals, reconciliation and other requirements.

8. Responsible for coordinating and supporting initiatives relative to the evaluation, processing, and handling of claims.

9. Assist in tracking insurance claims and informing employees of their claims status.

10. Acts as a liaison between the organization, its insurance provider and policy holders regarding the status and eligibility for coverage for all relevant claims.

11. Clear employees’ queries regarding policy coverage, network, approvals etc.

12. Liaise with employees regarding their eligibility and entitlements.

13. Maintains strict confidentiality related to medical records and other data.

14. Coordinating with insurance companies for obtaining information on new updates, policies and their coverage.
