Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will coordinate between departments, manage documentation, and provide reliable clerical and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Assist with scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.
Support HR and finance departments with admin-related tasks.
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
