Description


We are hiring a proactive and organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative functions. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, documentation, internal coordination, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks and office procedures
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, memos, and other correspondence
Manage filing systems and digital document records
Assist in procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
Support HR and finance teams with data entry and documentation
Handle internal communications and support management
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office
Respond to emails, calls, and walk-in inquiries professionally
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
2–4 years of administrative or office coordination experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
