Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Logistics Co-ordinator to manage and oversee supply chain operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle shipping, documentation, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth logistics flow.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations and daily shipments
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs, and transport companies
Ensure timely delivery and resolve delivery delays or order discrepancies
Prepare and process import/export documentation as per UAE laws
Maintain accurate logs and inventory records
Handle product returns, customs clearance, and port logistics
Monitor performance KPIs and suggest process improvements
Work closely with warehouse and procurement teams
Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE import/export regulations and customs procedures
Familiarity with ERP/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
