Concierge Services: Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining options, shopping areas, and transportation services, catering to the specific preferences of each guest.
Reservations and Bookings: Handle guest inquiries related to room availability, rates, and reservation changes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing bookings.
Complaint Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy and a proactive approach, finding swift and satisfactory solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
Communication Hub: Serve as a communication hub between guests and other hotel departments, ensuring smooth coordination and seamless guest experiences.
Lobby Management: Maintain an organized and welcoming lobby area, keeping it clean and tidy at all times.
Multilingual Support: Utilize your language skills to assist guests from various nationalities and cultures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or hospitality-related certifications are advantageous.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Familiarity with the local area, tourist attractions, and transportation options.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
