We are looking for dedicated and professional Ground Staff to join the airport operations team. The role involves assisting passengers, ensuring smooth check-in and boarding procedures, and maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counters and boarding gates.

Handle baggage check-in, tagging, and loading coordination.

Verify travel documents, tickets, and identification as per airline policies.

Provide flight and gate information to passengers.

Coordinate with flight crews and other airport departments for timely operations.

Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly and disabled travelers.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and lost baggage cases professionally.

Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations.
