Description


Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a timely and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or individuals
Manage and schedule appointments, reservations, and meetings
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Verify and log visitor sign-ins and issue visitor badges as needed
Handle basic administrative tasks: filing, photocopying, scanning, postage, and mail distribution
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, deliveries)
Maintain and update contact lists, calendars, and appointment schedules
Collect and verify required information from clients or vendors
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage basic invoicing or billing tasks (if applicable)
Maintain office security by following procedures for visitor access and lost-and-found
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about services, hours, directions, and policies
Coordinate with other departments to support events, meetings, and special requests
Manage front desk supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
Perform data entry and basic record-keeping in CRM or ERP systems
Assist with onboarding and training of new front desk staff or temporary workers
Handle rush or high-volume periods with calm, professional demeanor
