A reputable Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, manage project budgets, monitor cash flow, and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial guidance to management and support the company’s financial planning and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily financial operations, accounting, and reporting activities.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

Monitor project costs, profitability, and budget variances.

Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Develop financial controls and risk management procedures.

Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving strategies.

Manage banking relationships, payments, and working capital.

Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.

Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.

Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
