Description


A vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems is needed to maintain security records, and help ensure the safety of people, property, and company facilities. The ideal candidate should have good observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond appropriately to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.

Identify and report suspicious activities or security incidents.

Maintain accurate incident logs and monitoring records.

Review and retrieve recorded footage when authorized.

Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate necessary repairs.

Communicate with security personnel and management regarding incidents.

Follow company security procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security training is an advantage.

Previous CCTV monitoring or security experience is preferred.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with surveillance systems.

Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.

Ability to remain alert and work shifts when required.

SIRA certification or eligibility is an advantage for applicable Dubai security roles.
