**🏭 Hiring: Factory Workers – Dubai**

We are looking for hardworking and reliable **Factory Workers** to join our production team in Dubai. The ideal candidates should be physically fit, responsible, and able to support daily manufacturing and production activities.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist with daily factory and production operations
* Operate basic tools and equipment when required
* Pack, label, and inspect finished products
* Load, unload, and move raw materials and goods
* Support machine operators and production staff
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory area
* Follow safety procedures and quality standards
* Perform tasks assigned by supervisors

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience as a Factory Worker, Production Helper, Packing Helper, or General Helper is an advantage
* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
* Hardworking, punctual, and responsible
* Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Immediate joiners preferred
