Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Storekeeper to manage our construction materials, warehouse organizing, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials (Building materials, Paintings, tools etc)
• Maintain accurate stock records using Excel and stock cards
• Issue materials to team with proper documentation (Acknowledgement etc)
• Conduct daily and monthly physical stock counting and report shortages/damages
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement (First In First Out method)
• Coordinate with Purchase and Accounts department for LPOs and invoices
• Prepare daily stock report and consumption report
• Manage complete inventory of construction materials, consumables, and company properties including ladders, machines, sanders, painting equipment, power tools, safety gear, and all site equipment
• Maintain a duly organized and updated record / logbook for all INCOMING and OUTGOING stocks and equipment
• Create and maintain an Equipment Master List with Tag No., Condition, Location, and Assigned Person

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years UAE experience as Storekeeper, preferably in Concrete, Construction, or Building Materials company
• Good knowledge of MS Excel in providing report (VLOOKUP, Stock Sheet, Pivot)
• Good English communication skills – must be able to read delivery notes and emails
• Hindi / Urdu speaking is MANDATORY to communicate with workers and drivers
• Knowledge of ERP or inventory software is an advantage
• Honest, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
• Can join immediately
