Key Responsibilities
• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely
• Inspect scaffolding components before and during use
• Ensure platforms, ladders and access points are properly secured
• Follow approved site procedures and safety requirements
• Work closely with supervisors and construction teams
• Maintain proper housekeeping around scaffolding areas
• Report damaged or unsafe scaffolding materials immediately
• Support construction activities while maintaining safe working practices
