Description


A well-established company in Dubai is inviting applications for the position of Quality Control Manager. The role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, monitoring processes, identifying quality issues, and ensuring that products and operations meet required specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
Monitor production and operational processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Conduct regular inspections, testing, and quality audits.
Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to improve quality.
Investigate customer complaints and quality-related issues.
Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable quality standards.
Train and guide staff on quality procedures and best practices.
Prepare regular quality performance reports for management.
Continuously identify opportunities for process and quality improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Previous experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Good knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection methods, and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and team-management abilities.
Ability to identify defects, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Familiarity with ISO standards is an advantage.
Candidates with relevant UAE or GCC experience are preferred.
Both experienced candidates and suitably qualified candidates may apply.
