“A leading company is hiring an experienced Sales Director to lead the sales department, develop business strategies, drive revenue growth, and achieve company sales objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and team-management skills.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives.
Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Develop pricing, sales, and promotional strategies in coordination with management.
Oversee major client negotiations and high-value contracts.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and other departments.
Review team performance and provide coaching and development.
Ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term business relationships.
Report sales performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales leadership or senior management.
Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies and business development.
Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage.
