A leading company is seeking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to identify potential customers, promote company products or services, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.

Promote company products and services to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

Negotiate prices and terms with customers.

Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.

Coordinate with the marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Previous sales experience is an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
