We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator to join our finance team. The Finance Coordinator will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist with budgeting, reporting, and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting systems.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data and ensure compliance with policies.
Assist with audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams on financial matters.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in finance operations.
