A UAE-based company is inviting applications for the position of Sales Coordinator. The role focuses on supporting the sales team, coordinating customer requirements, maintaining sales information, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with daily coordination and administrative activities.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and service requirements.
Prepare quotations, sales documents, proposals, and order-related paperwork.
Maintain updated customer and sales databases.
Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, finance, and operations teams for customer orders.
Monitor sales orders and provide updates on delivery or service status.
Respond to routine customer inquiries and forward complex matters to the appropriate team.
Track pending quotations, customer requests, and sales follow-ups.
Assist sales staff in preparing presentations and product information.
Compile sales figures and prepare basic reports for management.
Maintain organized records of customer communications and transactions.
Help ensure customer requests are handled within agreed timelines.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or office administration is an advantage.
Freshers with suitable qualifications may also apply.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Good numerical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage several customer requests and deadlines.
Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with sales and other internal teams.
UAE experience is an advantage.
