Main Responsibilities

Order pickup: Collect food orders from the restaurant and check accuracy
Delivery: Deliver orders to customers on time using a motorbike or bicycle
Navigation: Use maps or delivery apps (like Google Maps or Talabat) to find locations
Customer service: Handle deliveries politely and professionally
Cash handling: Collect payments (cash or card) if required
Bike maintenance: Ensure the bike is in good condition (fuel, tires, cleanliness)
Follow safety rules: Obey traffic laws and wear safety gear

Skills Required

Good knowledge of local roads and areas
Time management and punctuality
Basic communication skills
Ability to work under pressure (busy hours)
Safe driving skills


Qualifications

Valid motorbike driving license (mandatory in UAE)
Basic education (high school preferred)
Experience in delivery jobs is a plus but not always required


Working Conditions

Shift-based work (often lunch & dinner peak hours)
Outdoor job (heat, traffic, weather conditions)
Long hours during busy days (weekends, holidays)
