We are seeking an experienced and responsible Foreman to supervise daily site operations, manage workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers and subcontractors on site

Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and deadlines

Monitor work progress and maintain productivity levels

Enforce health, safety, and quality standards at the worksite

Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers

Assign tasks and provide guidance to workers

Maintain site records, reports, and attendance logs

Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or technical certification in construction or related field

Proven experience as a Foreman or site supervisor

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to read construction drawings and plans

Good communication skills in English

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience in civil, MEP, or finishing works

Knowledge of workplace safety regulations

UAE experience is an advantage
