**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and manage workers at the worksite.
* Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress.
* Ensure work is completed according to plans and quality standards.
* Maintain workplace safety and discipline.
* Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other teams.
* Manage tools, materials, and manpower efficiently.
* Solve basic worksite issues and report major problems to management.
* Ensure projects are completed on time.

**Skills Required:** Leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, time management, and good knowledge of worksite operations.
