We are looking for friendly, professional, and hardworking Hotel Staff to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidates will assist in various hotel operations such as front desk, housekeeping, food service, and guest relations to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures when required.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and common areas.

Support kitchen and restaurant teams with food service and cleaning.

Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly.

Ensure hotel standards of service, safety, and hospitality are maintained.

Work as part of a team to provide an excellent guest experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Presentable, polite, and professional attitude.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Must be currently inside the UAE and available to join immediately.
