Description


We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Tower Crane Operator to operate tower cranes safely and efficiently at construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for lifting, moving, and positioning construction materials while following site safety procedures and instructions from the lifting supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
Operate tower crane safely and efficiently according to project requirements.
Lift, move, and position construction materials accurately.
Perform pre-operation checks and inspect crane controls and safety equipment.
Follow approved lifting plans, signals, and instructions from the lifting supervisor/banksman.
Maintain clear communication with the signalman/rigger during lifting operations.
Ensure loads are properly positioned and safely handled.
Monitor crane capacity and never exceed the safe working load.
Maintain awareness of site conditions, obstacles, weather, and surrounding activities.
Report any mechanical problems, defects, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Follow all project, company, and UAE health and safety procedures.
Keep the operator cabin and crane working area clean and organized.
Complete required operational and inspection records.
Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, site supervisors, and other construction personnel.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Tower Crane Operator.
Valid UAE/operator certification or competency documentation as required by the employer and project.
Good knowledge of tower crane operations and lifting procedures.
Knowledge of load limits, lifting signals, and safe working practices.
Strong understanding of construction-site safety requirements.
Ability to work at height and in different weather/site conditions.
Physically and mentally fit for crane operation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
UAE construction-site experience is an advantage.
