What You’ll Do:

Design and execute creative, seasonal menus that delight a diverse clientele

Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards

Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated culinary team

Monitor food costs and inventory while maintaining high standards of efficiency

Collaborate with hotel management to plan special events, banquets, and room service offerings


Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a hotel or upscale dining environment

Culinary degree or equivalent professional training

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Knowledge of international cuisines and current food trends

Passion for excellence and guest satisfaction
