We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Teaching Assistant to assist teachers in delivering lessons, managing classrooms, and providing additional support to students. The role ensures a productive learning environment and helps meet individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in preparing classroom materials, lesson plans, and educational resources.

Support students with learning activities, homework, and class participation.

Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, organized environment.

Supervise students during activities, breaks, and field trips.

Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.

Assist in record-keeping, grading assignments, and maintaining student files.

Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.

Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents when needed.
