We are looking for a professional and friendly Hotel Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and check in guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and policies.

Manage phone calls, emails, and other guest communications promptly.

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain accurate guest records and update the Property Management System (PMS).

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.

Process guest payments, invoices, and billing accurately.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, security, and safety standards.
