Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist hotel guests professionally.

Provide information about hotel facilities and services.

Arrange transportation, taxis, and airport transfers.

Assist guests with restaurant reservations and tour bookings.

Recommend local attractions, shopping destinations, and entertainment options.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.

Coordinate with reception, housekeeping, and other hotel departments.

Maintain excellent customer service standards.
