We Are Hiring – IT Support Assistant

A well-established company in Dubai is looking for a dedicated IT Support Assistant to join our team and provide technical support to staff and operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware & software)
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
Troubleshoot IT-related issues and escalate when necessary
Ensure systems and data security are maintained
Assist with IT documentation and inventory management

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with MS Office and Windows operating systems
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous IT support experience is an advantage
