– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports
– Monitor delivery times, transportation costs, inventory levels, and operational KPIs
– Analyze shipment and warehouse data to identify trends and inefficiencies
– Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and operational records
– Create dashboards and reports using Excel and other analytical tools
– Track logistics performance and highlight areas requiring attention
– Coordinate with warehouse, transport, procurement, and operations teams
– Support forecasting, planning, and process improvement activities
– Identify data discrepancies and assist with corrective actions
– Present key findings and operational insights to management
