We are looking for Security Manager who will perform the following duties and responsibilities
🛡️ Core Duties of a Security Manager:
1. Develop and Implement Security Policies
Create and enforce security procedures and protocols.

Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.

2. Supervise Security Personnel
Recruit, train, and manage security guards or officers.

Schedule shifts and assign daily duties.

Conduct regular performance evaluations.

3. Monitor Security Systems
Oversee CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access controls, and surveillance equipment.

Respond to system alerts and ensure equipment is functional.

4. Conduct Risk Assessments
Identify potential threats or vulnerabilities in the facility.

Implement preventive and corrective measures to reduce risks.

5. Incident Management
Respond promptly to emergencies such as theft, fire, trespassing, or accidents.

Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and write detailed incident reports.

6. Coordinate with Law Enforcement
Liaise with police, emergency services, and other government agencies when required.

Report criminal activities and assist in investigations.

7. Report and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, visitor logs, staff movements, and daily operations.

Provide weekly or monthly security reports to senior management.

8. Budget and Resource Management
Manage the security department budget (salaries, equipment, uniforms, etc.).

Ensure the availability of security tools and communication devices.

9. Compliance and Audits
Ensure all security procedures follow organizational and legal standards.

Assist in internal or external audits related to safety and security.
