Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, energetic, and eager to grow within a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and services.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.
Provide feedback and reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
Proven work experience as a sales representative or in a related role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
