A Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service, managing staff, and maintaining smooth workflow. Key duties include:

Staff Management: Supervising restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and hosts, ensuring efficient service and coordination during shifts.
Customer Service: Ensuring guests receive excellent service, addressing customer complaints or concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Training and Development: Training new employees, providing ongoing support to staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
