The role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who can supervise site teams, monitor work quality, and ensure MEP activities are completed safely and according to project requirements.

Job Responsibilities
– Supervise daily MEP installation, maintenance, and site activities.
– Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works with site teams.
– Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of technicians and workers.
– Review drawings, layouts, and technical instructions before execution.
– Monitor installation progress and ensure work follows project specifications.
– Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site departments.
– Inspect completed MEP works for quality and proper installation.
– Monitor materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP activities.
– Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
– Maintain daily progress reports and work records.
– Support testing, commissioning, maintenance, and handover activities.
