Description

A Document Controller is responsible for managing and organizing an organization's documents, ensuring they are properly stored, updated, and easily accessible. Key duties include:

Document Management: Maintaining and organizing both physical and digital documents, ensuring they are properly filed, labeled, and stored.
Version Control: Ensuring the most up-to-date versions of documents are in circulation and managing revisions or changes to documents.
Compliance: Ensuring documents comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
Record Keeping: Tracking and archiving documents according to established procedures, and ensuring they are accessible for future use.
Access Control: Managing access to sensitive or confidential documents and ensuring they are only viewed by authorized personnel.
Salary: 3500 AED to 4000 AED
