Tele Sales/Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities
· Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
· Suggesting information about products and services.
· Process orders & sending quotations.
· Coordination with Designers, Production & Logistics Team.
· Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure smooth Delivery
· Customer satisfaction & maintain rapport for future business.

Qualifications & Eligibility
· Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Immediate Joiners (Visit visa / Cancelled visa).


Note: Telesales/ Customer Care Executive: 1 year (Preferred)
