Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and take customer orders accurately.
Input orders into the system and relay them to the kitchen or relevant department.
Provide customers with product information, including menu items, specials, and promotions.
Upsell additional items or promotions when appropriate.
Ensure that all orders are completed on time and delivered to the correct customer.
