As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Your key responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answering and directing phone calls, managing voicemail and email communications
Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming
Strong communication, organizational skills, and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role. Prior experience in a customer service or administrative position is preferred.
