An Office Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, and handling communication to keep daily office operations running smoothly.

📋 Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Front Desk Management

Greet and welcome visitors professionally
Direct guests to the appropriate staff or department
Maintain a clean and organized reception area

2. Communication Handling

Answer and transfer phone calls
Take messages and respond to emails
Handle general inquiries from clients and visitors

3. Administrative Tasks

Schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain records, files, and documents
Manage incoming and outgoing mail/couriers

4. Office Support

Monitor and order office supplies
Assist staff with basic administrative work
Coordinate with different departments when needed
🛠️ Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Customer service skills
🎓 Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience is an advantage
Knowledge of office equipment (phones, printers, etc.)
