Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Office Runner to support our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and pick up documents, packages, and other items within the office and to external locations.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Handle mail distribution and collection.
Support office staff with various tasks, such as setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments.
Maintain office supply inventory and restock as needed.
Run errands for office needs, such as purchasing supplies or delivering items.
Assist with basic maintenance tasks, ensuring the office is clean and organized.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with staff and external contacts.
Requirements:

Previous experience in an office support role is preferred but not required.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Flexibility to run errands and complete tasks in various locations within Dubai.
