An exciting career opportunity is available for an experienced Transportation officer to oversee transportation operations, coordinate logistics activities, and ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective movement of vehicles, goods, and passengers.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily transportation operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Plan and coordinate transportation schedules, routes, and vehicle assignments.

Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance, and operating costs.

Supervise drivers, transport coordinators, and other transportation staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies, road safety standards, and applicable UAE transport regulations.

Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, and preventive maintenance.

Monitor delivery schedules and transportation performance to ensure timely service.

Resolve transportation-related issues and respond to operational delays.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, fuel expenses, maintenance, and transport activities.

Use transportation management systems to monitor operations and improve efficiency.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to maintain service quality.

Identify opportunities to reduce transportation costs and improve operational performance.
