Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
Conduct regular inspections of food preparation and storage areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards.
Develop and implement food safety policies, procedures, and training programs for staff.
Investigate and resolve food safety issues, complaints, and incidents promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff, management, and suppliers to address food safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to food safety activities and inspections.
Stay updated with local and international food safety regulations and best practices.
Provide guidance and support to ensure continuous improvement in food safety practices.
Conduct training sessions for staff on food safety protocols and hygiene practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in food science, public health, or a related field.
Proven experience in food safety, quality assurance, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
