Job Purpose: Drive profitable store growth through exceptional sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Revenue & Profitability: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeted revenue and gross profit.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain excellent store ambience, product availability, and positive customer relations.
Inventory Management: Ensure 100% stock availability for fast-moving items and minimize damages and expiries.
Operational Efficiency: Control budgets through expense management, staff scheduling, and efficient logistics.
Team Performance: Improve team productivity through performance reviews, coaching, and training.

Accountabilities:
Track and reduce operational costs.
Inventory Management:
Maintain adequate stock levels.
Coordinate stock replenishment and expiries.
Conduct and report inventory counts.
Merchandising & Assortment:
Review category sales and optimize assortments.
Ensure planogram compliance and FIFO practices.
Manage promotional displays and execution.

Customer Management:
Resolve customer complaints and maintain positive relations.
Train CSAs on upselling, cross-selling, and excellent service.
Facility Management:

Maintain a clean, audit-ready, and functionally equipped store.
Staff Management:

Monitor and allocate staff work.
Set individual targets and monitor performance.
Conduct appraisals and address grievances.
The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, customer-focused leader with strong retail management skills.
