As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children in our care. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering the well-being and development of young children.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs
Create a positive and nurturing atmosphere for children to learn and grow
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Change diapers and assist with toilet training as needed
Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on children’s activities and development
Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
Maintain a clean and organized classroom/play area
Follow licensing regulations and safety protocols
Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, flexibility, and a love for working with children
CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass a background check
