We’re searching for a well-dressed, courteous hotel front desk agent to greet visitors, manage online and telephone reservations, and verify payment methods during check-in. With visitors and other hotel workers, you should maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor. To be effective as a hotel front desk employee, you should provide customers with general information about the hotel and surrounding area, as well as remain current on local attractions.

Responsibilities
Completing all check-in and check-out procedures. ‍
Managing reservations over the internet and by phone.
Informing customers about payment options and double-checking their credit card information.
Registering guests and collecting all the necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Greeting guests and assigning rooms accordingly

Requirements
GED equivalent or high school diploma
Prior experience in the sector is preferred.
Knowledge of telephone, office, and point-of-sale software is advantageous. ‍
Outstanding customer service abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
