Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements
Actively approach and assist customers on the sales floor, providing product information, demonstrations, and answering inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively utilizing sales techniques and strategies
Keep abreast of product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers
Assist in maintaining a neat, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work culture
Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment and independently when necessary
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a sales-driven environment
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
