We are looking for a customer-focused and organized individual to join our team as a Shopkeeper. As a central figure in our retail establishment, you will oversee daily operations and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day activities within the shop, including opening and closing procedures.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves and monitoring stock availability.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the shop floor, ensuring it is presentable and well-maintained.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems or manual cash handling.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to receive and manage merchandise deliveries.
Monitor and report on sales trends, customer preferences, and inventory levels.
Requirements:

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
