Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
Respond to IT support tickets and provide excellent customer service.
Educate employees on IT best practices and troubleshoot user problems.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows and MacOS.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
