Job Title: Warehouse Associates

Job Description:
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our facility. We are seeking dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments
Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment
Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations
Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Report any discrepancies or issues to warehouse supervisors

Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus
Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Team player with good communication skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
